PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

2022 Beaverton Fair

This is an important year for the Beaverton Fall Fair in our 167-year history.  We have the privilege of bringing back the Fair after a two-year hiatus due to Covid-19. It’s time for our community to gather, reacquaint with old friends and even family, celebrate the harvests and return to our rural roots!

I want to say thanks to our Board of Directors for their continued work over the last two years. Even though we have not been able to host the fair as we would have liked, the financial reporting, fundraising and planning has not stopped. Your continued dedication is much appreciated.

We have worked hard to bring back the traditional and fun activities that we have come to expect.  The last two years have brought many changes to Beaverton.  We want to welcome all the new families, and along side those of us that have been enjoying this Fair for years, spend a couple of days of rural fun in this amazing community.

As always, this event depends on the volunteers, sponsors and residents that support it.  We welcome all participation in the event in whatever form you would like to help.  You can jump right in with the Board of Directors, help with the set-up, clean-up and anything in between. If you can’t join us in person, you can support through the purchase of a pass.  Please reach out at fun@beavertonfallfair.ca to get involved.

We hope you enjoy the Fair, reconnect with old friends, and make some new ones as we celebrate our Return to Our Rural Roots.

2022 President

MAYOR'S MESSAGE

Dear Friends,

On behalf of the Corporation of the Township of Brock, I welcome you to the 167th Beaverton Fall Fair!

This year the Fair Board has been hard at work to bring in new and exciting events that are sure to entertain every member of the family, while respecting and integrating the rural roots of the fair. The Beaverton Fall Fair provides a wonderful atmosphere for play, education and friendly competition. It is also a great place to greet neighbours and meet friends old and new.

We are so proud of the community for rallying together to keep the Beaverton Fall Fair moving forward. Without the enthusiastic efforts of the Fair Board, supporters and many volunteers. This event would not be possible.

On behalf of the Council and residents of the Corporation of the Township of Brock, we thank the volunteers, sponsors, residents, exhibitors and supporters.

Have fun and enjoy!

Sincerely,

John Grant
