BEAVERTON FALL FAIR

​ENTRY FEE: $5.00 Exhibitor/Membership Fee

LOCATION: Curling Club

Only one entry per person per section. Exhibits MUST be in place before 8:00 pm Thursday and MUST be removed between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. Sunday. Prizes awarded only to a creditable entry. All Exhibits MUST BE New and the work of the exhibitor. No article may be shown more than once at the Beaverton Fair.
 

Trace lines must be erased and signatures covered. Soiled or sun damaged quilts will not be judged. The quilts will be covered in plastic to help prevent soiling.
 

Sample fabrics and/or yarns MUST accompany each entry. Please place samples in a small zip lock bag safely pinned to bottom right hand corner of entry

QUILTS & AFGHANS:
Unless otherwise noted, Quilts must be a minimum of 280” measured on the perimeter and hand or machine stitched.

Best in Show Quilts will continue to the District 4 Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies Championship. The Best in Show are judged from all the first and second prize eligible quilts.

JUDGE’S CHOICE: $75 Cash

Judges Choice is selected from all First and Second Prize quilts from classes 1, 2 and 4
